All of our jewelry is custom created especially for you at the time of the order, so we do not accept returns unless there is a problem with the order. We use fine materials in our products and our jewelry wire cannot be reused once it has been shaped. If there is a problem due to an error on our part, please let us know and we will correct the problem. Other requests for exchange are considered on an individual basis.
